Guest Policies
Cancellation & No-Show Policy – To provide the best possible scheduling options for our guests, we require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your visit with us. Should you cancel or not show up for your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, we have the right to charge the full price of your service(s) to the card provided at booking.
Service Satisfaction – We offer our guests 100% satisfaction with all our services. In fact, we want our guests to be absolutely delighted with everything we do. We fully expect you to be 100% satisfied with our work. If, for any reason, you are not, we will do it over again at no cost. No questions asked, no hard feelings. We stand behind our work 100%.
Product Satisfaction – Should you make a retail purchase and be unsatisfied with the product, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 90 days from your initial purchase.
Punctuality – Please be on time for your appointment. We value everyone’s time. Feel free to arrive early and enjoy a complimentary drink or snack from our Coffee Bar. Late arrivals may result in an adjustment of services or a delay in service to ensure other guests’ appointments are conducted on time.
