I have held a professional South Carolina Cosmetology License since 1996. I started off in chain salons where I was able to continue my learning as a new stylist. I found one salon that helped me grow as a stylist and was with them for around 10 years building my way up to a management position. I was then blessed to have the opportunity to spend some time at home with my 4 children. I was able to go to all the school functions, soccer games, orchestra concerts, reading time at the local library, etc. I enjoyed my time with my family, but when the baby was old enough to go to school, I was ready to get back to salon life! I wanted something different than the chain salon, I wanted a more family atmosphere where I could grow as a stylist and have the time to build a relationship with my guests. I have now been at Carolina Charm  since 2005! I love it!

The beauty industry is continuously changing. I continue to learn something new everyday! I attend Hair Shows, live classes, webinars, and find anything I can to read to move my skills forward. I want to be on the top of new trends and techniques so I can keep my guests looking the best they can at all times.

I do hair services for the whole family, including: men, women, and children. I believe the consultation is the most important part of your appointment. We will discuss the look you want to achieve and what the best way is to achieve that look. I want you to look and feel your best when you leave my salon chair! I am a Pravana Master Hair Colorist and hold a Pravana Balayage certificate.  I enjoy getting to play with color! I will use the color brand that works best for my guests hair, but my main color brands are Redken and PulpRiot.

I grew up in Greenville SC and graduated from Carolina College of Hair Design in 2004. I became a cosmetologist because I love making people happy. Being a stylist fulfills my need to be artistic and creative. My specialty is hair cutting for the whole family. I also have experience working with many different textures of hair. I offer some chemical and extension services. I love learning new methods and techniques to keep my skills and knowledge up-to-date.

One of my favorite things about being a stylist is watching confidence grow in a person as their look transforms. I’m a great listener and developed supersonic hearing after having my 2 gorgeous girls. We now live in Spartanburg, SC and love it.

I believe in working your passion in life and your gifts will make room for you. I’ve found a home here at Carolina Charm Salon and Spa and could not ask for a more beautiful talented team to work alongside.

I am a Kenneth Shuler of Greenville graduate. I have dreamed of being a stylist my whole life. I set my own destiny, as a little girl I cut my hair as most girls do. I happened to layer it perfectly on one side, my mom took me to have it fixed and the stylist just layered the other side.

I am a mom to a wonderful little boy. I knew one day I would have to cut his hair, opening me up to learning how to cut little kids' hair. I offer cuts to the whole family. Little ones just have my heart!

When I am not working at my new home salon Carolina Charm you can find me doing all the dirty outside activities with my little boy. He is his mommy’s world.

I am so excited to have been welcome into the Carolina Charm family, I hope you will come along this journey with me!
