Duncan Fest
The town of Duncan put on a festival that was loads of fun for the entire family with carnival rides, food, car show, special performances, and more. It was such an awesome opportunity to meet our neighbors and we enjoyed spending the day getting to know some of the local business in our area that were there as well. All of the proceeds from Duncan Fest went to benefit Breaking Bread With Jesus Soup Kitchen and Blood Connection. Thank you to everyone who came out and visited our booth we installed $10 fashion color extensions, and donated all of our revenue to Breaking Bread For Jesus Soup Kitchen. We also had a lot of entries to our drawing for a chance to win a complete haircut session. We ended the day with the drawing and a few days later presented the winner with a very nice gift certificate. We can't wait for the next community event!

Alright folks who doesn't love the melodious sound of live bagpipes, and the rhythmic beat of Celtic drums? If this is you and you're in the Myrtle Beach area, The Shadow Bay Celtic Festival will definitely be one you won't want to miss. Belly dancing, workshops, black smith demos, local artisans, flower, herb, food vendors and tavern. Most importantly all of these proceeds are to benefit one of our favorite charities "Caleb's Dragonfly Dreams".
